Default seats and door locks/ very confusing electrical problem

hi, ive got a 1993 ssei, a few weeks ago all of the sudden the electronic door locks and the 9-way electrical seats in my baby stopped working. for the door locks when i put the key in it only unlocks that door that i have the key in and the clicker that locks and unlocks the doors isnt working either. i know the clicker works because the trunk button still works. i checked the book to see if the fuse was blown but the door locks are attached to the antenna and the antenna still works just fine and the electronic seats are attached to the trunk which still works. neither of these problems are connected to each other via fuses but they both stopped working at the exact same time. has anyone else had this problem and if so can you give me some advice, and if not can anyone explain what the problem might be. luckily when the seats stopped working it was in the correct position so i can at least drive the car. And when i say the electronic seats stopped working i meant that both of them stopped working, the driver and passenger seat. this is not a serious problem but one i would certainly like to get fixed. i took the car to one guy and he says he wont touch the car because it is too old and yes the car is pushing 21 years old but its not like it was built in the 80'*, the car is quite modern and i would just like it to be fixed. so if anyone has any suggestion i would be very grateful. i was hoping for suggestions that i could tell an electronics expert because i really dont want to be messing with things like that because electrons are very complicated at least to me. and i have disconnected the battery to see if it would reset and it was a no go. So please any suggestions would be great. thanks in advance

There is a common ground connection under the driver'* seat that has likely gotten corroded.
