Default Silverstar and Cyber Whites, my thoughts and opinions.

Well, today I installed my Cyber White Fogs and Silverstar Lows. I then had the opportunity to drive 150 miles in the dark to a relatives to test them. Let me tell you, this is the best $70 I could have spent. The Cyberwhites are awesome, they light up the sides of the road very well which is what the lows are poor at. The silverstars are unexplainable, the best headlight bulb I have ever seen! I recemond them 100%.

I am going to buy and install the Silverstar high beam bulbs tomorrow before I make the 150mi trip back to home. The regular high beams are useless now, they look yellow. Gotta get the silverstars.

BTW, the silverstars are buy one get one 1/2 off at Advance Auto until 1/3/04. They also have a $6 mail in rebate on 2. Limit $12.

Jay, I too did the Silverstar low beams today. Haven't had a chance to take it out yet, been snowing on and off all day.. so I've got the car cover on. Looking forward to giving them a try.

I have them on my Vibe, and they are the most amazing headlights I've ever used! First upgrade I did on the car, and the first one I recommend to any new vibe owners!

There are only a few things I don't like on my Bonnie... and the lights are one

Fog Lights were for looks, Headlights were crap and the high beams were a waste of space in the grill....Backup lights...do we even have any?

So I am really looking forward to being able to see

I don't know about the 93, but my backup lights are bright as hell.

You may want to think about some plastic polish for your rear lenses if it'* really that bad. I got the Meguiars PlastX. Works awesome on the plastic lenses!! Scroll down a bit on this page for info

http://www.meguiars.com/whatsnew/_whatsnew_template.cfm

It'* around 5 bucks at WalMart

I'm working my way around to 'em..
I changed out the fog lights for some Blazertechs, today the Silverstars. I hear that Silverstar also has other bulbs too. I'm gonna start looking into those.

One of two things ... Fix the lighting or get some night vision goggles

Ken, Autozone has a halogen backup light that will fit your car. I'm running them. 250% brighter.

Don't leave it in reverse for more than a minute in hot weather

Just installed the Silverstar lows last night, real nice. I should look into Cyberwhites now for replacement of the fog lights. I guess there is not an equivalent silverstar for the 880 lamp? I would prefer direct lamp replacement instead of replacing entire fixture.
