Default Question about the tail lamp bulbs?

will a 3157 bulb work instead of the 3057? my buddy had some extra LED lights for me and the package says 3157 and it says they also fit 3057? will it work?

You mean for the rear corner tails and not the 3rd brake light, right? 'Cuz I know that the 3rd tail light is finicky regarding what is used there.

Well, it'* kinda hard to tell you since we don't even know what year or model you have. Can you edit your profile and put that in your signature?

The LED lights will trip the lamp monitors on 92-99 SSE/SSEi'*.

The LED'* won't trip the lamp monitor if the proper resistor is added in line to fool the monitor. Most turn signal LED'* have a built in resistor to accomodate the normal flasher unit under the dash.
