The relay for the fog would be in the passenger side (against door frame) relay center. Bottom relay is for the fogs.

DRL'* should be a seperate circuit. There is a good chance something if off with the resistor. The resistor is located on the drivers front fender behind the PCM box.

I'll try and look over the FSM'* tonight and get you some schematics.
