Yup, it'* really odd. Something tells me it'* the switch or a really bad short, because it pops as soon as I turn on the switch, no delay in the blowing of the fuse.

My guess would be the Twilight Sentinel Module which I believe on your year is built into the headlight switch. If Bill has a spare maybe you guys could compare resistance readings across the terminals. These are over $100 so I wouldn't buy one without knowing for sure that its causing the problem.

Well. I am sure that its the switch. I put another fuse in and turned the key on, turned on my climate control and moved the dimmer... the display flicker on the climate control all funky. (remember it only blows when the car is running) it has to be the switch. right?

If you have the twilight sentinel, does the fuse blow only when you turn them on manually, or does it also do it when they come on automatically? One thing I used to do with electronics servicing is to replace the fuse with a light bulb. If it lights brightly, there is a short somewhere. Some things may come on, but dimly. If they do, that part is probably ok, and you can check out other areas. If nothing does, you can try disconnecting different things and see if the light goes out, or dims considerably. If it does, then you're in the right area.

Well, it'* not the headlights, it'* the parking lights. When I pull the switch while the car is running, it pops.

Don't the parking lights come on with the headlights? So, it only occurs when you manually pull the switch to the first position?

why are you pulling the switch on versus letting them come on automatically?

And Ted...where are you getting the over $100 from? When I went to buy a switch for my 95 it was around $25-$30
