Default Rewiring Hella Lights...

I'll be modifying a "Traction Control, Perform/normal shift button pod in my car. Right now i have a supplied 3 way switch (off, angel, driving) on my stock piece on the SE. I plan on wiring the driving lights to the shifting buttons, and the angel halo'* to the stock fogs. That way, the driving lights can be on with the highs, since i won't need angels on with high beams.

The supplied wiring has a 12v hot wire, and one input wire for each set of lights, can i just run my stock fog light connectors into that relay? Or would the wattage fry it? There is a fuse in the system as well.

Which relay are you talking about?

Your existing fog lamps use a relay. That would be safe to use for the angel eyes. The shifter buttons are going to need a new relay to power the driving lights. You will also need to add a fuse to the driving lights.
