Kenn...there'* good news. The book says if more than just your DIC doesn't work you should go to the clinic.

More serious note, if DIC and other gauges are affected, check common power and ground connections. Sounds like a bad power situation.

Umm.. you try turning the ignition on and off a few times? Sounds like an issue with the DIC Module over anything else.

No, you gotta pull all your battery connections...both power and ground. Clean them ALL and try it out. There'* a few possibilities but you don't wanna hear you could have a bad cluster, it asks if you have any codes.

So check your ground and power, check for codes and let us know if you have any luck. Keep in mind I am looking at my 95 FSM...it should all be reasonable though.

Sorry? YOU SHOULD BE!! GOD DAMMIT!! kidding, kidding.

Mine lists to check grounds, then replace DIC Module, then cluster. What great resource the FSM is.. There are also grounds throughout the car, aren't there. Like the two on the fenders? I really can't remember all the grounding circuits.. but there are more than just the battery cables.
