Well, _that_ narrows it down... not.

I was starting to wonder whether somebody might have put the gauge cluster back in and forgotten one of the two harness plugs in the back, but that wouldn't have much to do with your power seats and trunk release not working. Now I'm thinking that maybe somebody helped themselves to the fuses and/or circuit breakers and relays.

You've got a tilt-down fusebox under the dash on the driver'* side; has that got a full set of fuses in it? How about the MaxiFuse/Relay Center under the hood on the firewall? There should be a row of... um... (pause to look at the manual again) eight relay sockets in a row, although one or two may not be used. Above that is a row of MaxiFuses, which look like the ones under the dash only twice the size. If someone scarfed up all those, you'd have an extremely dead car.

all the fuses look to be there wether they work or not is up to me testing them with a multi meter ( ya i know i can look at the bus fuses and see if they are good or not but i rather test them its faster for me ) then the next step after that is to either go to the library to see if they have a fsm or just kick back and wait till my set comes in when that comes in i get to go buy all new fuses for both boxes ....... im also gonna need a set of window motors for all 4 doors i tested the old ones with a power set and they are weak and act like they dont want to work the power seats work fine on the power set but i im pulling them out anyway to have them recovered over the next 8 days so thats how long i have to figure out this dash and power problem

Wait for the manuals. Lots of fascinating reading in there.

when that comes in i get to go buy all new fuses for both boxes
Why? They're either good or they're blown. If they're good, save your money.

....... im also gonna need a set of window motors for all 4 doors i tested the old ones with a power set and they are weak and act like they dont want to work
Again, I really doubt you need all four motors; I wouldn't necessarily assume you even need one yet. Window motors draw major juice; I think they're on a 30-amp breaker circuit, so unless your external power supply is solidly connected and capable of putting out high amperage, I would wait until you get the rest of the car fixed first. If they work at all right now, you can save your money for more urgent stuff.

the power seats work fine on the power set
That kind of figures; the seat motors are geared down and have a slightly lower draw than the power windows.

but i im pulling them out anyway to have them recovered over the next 8 days so thats how long i have to figure out this dash and power problem
The FSMs even have a section on how to recover your own seats, if you feel enterprising.

Has anyone had the gauge cluster out at some point? I'm curious about whether there'* only one harness plug put back in right. There is a second one behind the gauges on the right; maybe somebody forgot that one...?

now also the radio dosent work but it is getting power .....the ac controls show they have power but they dont work .....also can anyone provide me with the fuse position in the block with the size fuse and what it goes to for all fuses please
That'* given in the owner'* manual. If you don't have one in the glove box, I have the '93 edition in PDF form on my office machine (and probably somebody else around here can send you a copy). I can send you my copy but it'll be Monday before I can reach it...

More likely the previous owners brought it into the house to read, never did read it, then lost it altogether. Anyhow, if you want to score a used copy pretty cheap, there'* this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7958141151

(...and several other auctions, too...)
