Question 89 no low beams, need fast help

Hi,

With lights on, I only get the parking lights.

When I pull the high-beam lever (turn signal lever), nothing happens until I pull it all the way. This turns on both the high beams and low beams. No click.

Releasing the lever, leaves me with only parking lights. No clicking

My guess is it'* something in the switch where the turn signal lever meets the steering column.

Any ideas to the problem and solution?

A fast response is appreciated, as I don't want to get a ticket.

thanks

Steve

Sounds like the headlight on switch is not making contact. The flash to pass and high beams are on a separate switch, and that'* why they are working.

Thanks for the input.

More clarification. When I pull the lever for high beams, I get both high beams and low beams. This implies to me that main light switch on the dash is working. Agree?
