Default Drivers side high-beam problem

Looking for help locating the ground location for the drivers side high beam, at least I think this is the problem...

The drivers side high beam is out, so too are the DRLs. The bulb has been replaced and this is not the issue, fuses have been checked and they too are fine. I am guessing that because there are two separate fuses for the high beams that there are two separate ground locations as well and because the DRLs operate with the high beams that there is likely a ground problem affecting both sets of lights.

Am I on the right track?

Relay #30 in the under hood fuse box. It controls both the DRLs and grounds the drivers side high-beam

Are disabling your DRL'*? If you want DRL'*, replace the relay. If not do this- Pull the #30 relay run a jumper wire from 87a to 30 where the relay would normally be. this will ground your left bright

Here'* the diagram..
