You can get back the radio controls by mentioning it. There'* a couple wires that need to be moved in the connector.

The cluster isn't quite the same. It will plug in, however the resistances for the fuel sender are different, not sure about the rest.

It'* mounted to your firewall. You have to remove the entire dash from the car to access it.

If you guys are talking about the programmer, the dash doesn't need to be removed. To change an air mix actuator you remove the programmer to make room to work.

Please correct me if the ECC box isn't a programmer.

Ok now I'm lost. The box I pulled from the 99 has 5 vaccume hoses a male plug and a female red plug. And I had the pull half the dash to unplug the male connector? Is this the right box??

That'* the right box..and the wrong procedure. You can do it all from below w/o taking any of the dash off. Except the hush panel at the bottom.

http://www.trialsnuts.com/ecc.pdf

I was able to reach up and unplug the air mix actuator plug w/o extending or cutting. It'* a one finger push in on the clip and then up.

Personally..I'd give it a 99% plug and play. I'd go for it.
