Hi..welcome. Please don't type in all caps. On a forum it is considered yelling. (We only yell at our cars).
If your car is running as you mention when it stalls, it does not typically have anything to do with the security system (aka VATS). That would be a symptom of another problem.
Possibly:
Failing fuel pump
Bad connections at the battery cable ends
A failing crank sensor
Do you have any other symptoms?

sorry for all caps.......got it.
as you guys mentioned fuel pump is working properly and we tested it.
also tested spark and is ok.
what about the chip in the key ? can it failed while the engine is running?[/quote]

Super... do an internet search or search here on VATS, you'll find the system disables the car from starting. Never does it make it stall out.
Check your battery cables, including under the boots. We find this fixes about 9 out of 10 issues like this with spark and fuel being good.
If that'* not it.. we've also seen a couple other small things ...one being a crank sensor.
And if.. you want to triple check the security system, read up on the security light and how it is supposed to behave in it'* different modes. We'll get you fixed up...don't worry.

I happen to agree quit a bit with the problems pointed out by everyone in this topic! I actually had to deal with a problem just like this not to long ago, the car would start fine, run fine and when it got warm would shut off has if someone had turned the key off. It ended up being the crank sensor.

The power windows not working is a great clue. The fuel pump & windows share a common ground by the driver'* door sill. Pull the metal bar from the ground bus connector & throughly clean both the male & female ends of the connector. Apply dielectric grease, reassemble & drive happily off into the sunset. Here'* a some pics to help you locate the ground bus.
