does anyone know if a relay could knock out the door lock, radio and steering wheel control...a[nd] the back driver window, turn signals

Isnt there a fuse or two controlling all of those functions?

Default i dunno
when i check the fuses below the passenger side the power door lock one kept blowing out and i dont know how to get into the one on the the drivers' side.
