so going through all the lights and such on my 98 bonnie ssei, I realize I don't hav hazards, or my blinkers are weird. slow blink fast blink etc.... no hazards though. I start moving the switch around an get random lightups here and there. Now, sometimes the left blinker will go on wih he right one, or only 3 of the hazards go on, or none at all. But at the same time of no lihts, th relay is clicking. :? Now here'* some fun..... if I hit the blinker while the hazards are on, all the dash lights flash and make the ful pump go on and off quick like a blinker :? WTF???

So as I'm going thru some of the column, I see an orange wire cover with 2 small white wires in it from the column that has been cut, but never repaired. The other side has a resistor looping the 2 whit wires on that end :?

Someone has been under this thing before with evidence showing. Zip ties, spliced wires, etc... most likely an alarm or starter or something, Is the orange wiring with the resistor loop for the VATS system?

where do I start with something like this? Does anyone have a scematic or list of all the column wiring? Is this just telling me to replace the entire column? I just want to get this thing to normal so it'* safe to drive on the street. .
