VATS key
I went to locksmith and had a new key made and he told me it was a VATS #11 blank key but he could not tell me what the GM value is. Is there anyway I can get this information in case I need to get a resistor to bypass the system?

And if it does not read with 5%-10% of those values listed above then the resistor broke down. In that case, test a spare key or you can pick up a few resistors to make all the values and end up testing one, waiting 3 minutes, testing the next. wait 3 minutes.
