key fob for a 1991 SE
hey guys i have a question does anybody have a picture of a fob for my bonneville should look like and what years will fit??? oh yes and thanks to all of you for the help on my blower probs its been going for 2 weeks so far and still running

Do you have the code AU0 on the spare tire cover? Code for Remote Entry
The Fob you will need will be a ABO0103T or ABO0104T
On the left is the Olds 103T, in the Middle My Caddy 104T and My Pontiac 103T( I use these for the 91 SSE )

fob for 91 SE
thanks jr yes AUO is on my spare cover as well as the prodution sheet, i have a friend who has a wrecking yard and she has access to a group of remotes so i'm going to check with her and compare notes. thanks for the pictures they will help a lot and now i know what code to look for this is the greatest place for information ive ever seen and i thank all my new friends here.

reprogramming the remote
how do i get ths remote to reprogram to match my car is it the same as the post for the 1998 or is it different?? im just curious. by the way the remote i have is a ABO 0104T

Try that...
When you open the glove box look behind the trunk release button and you should see the Connector for the Keyless entry system attached to the rear of the glove box..
I have just used a flathead screwdriver and grounded the terminals together, let the locks cycle, then press any button on the first remote, let the locks cycle letting you know the remote has been learned, if you have a second, press any button on that remote, allow the locks to cycle then remove the grounding tool( flathead ) and both remotes should be learned...
If you are doing a single remote, once the locks have cycled letting you know the remote is learned remove the grounding tool..

hmmm not working
i touched the wires together and nothing happened, could something be blown?? because all the locks work manually with the door switch.

Could have a bad fuse or possibly a bad Keyless Module( Reciever )
The system should cycle when you keep the pins grounded to eachother... All the doors should cycle and the trunk should pop..

remote probs
what does the receiver look like?? and do the wires you speak about clip to the left side of the glovebox brace? and is anything in the 2 pin socket that were talking about? on a strange note concerning the remotes i went to our company picnic today and as i was going past where all the other cars were parked all my locks cycled and my trunk popped about 4 times simultainiosly so could it have been that someone else was on my cars freq. or do i have a short?? it hasnt done it sinc we left the place and hasnt even acted strange so im a little confused as to what happened. do you have a picture of the recever if you do i'd sure appreciate it. thanks again for all of your help.
