Default abs computer

Well i thought all i had to do to get my traction/abs going again was to replace my wheel sensor, well i went to my garage i deal with and we scanned the codes, just to make sure i was going to replace the right part, ha, well i came up with about 8 or so codes, including EBCM internal error, so the mech there told me that 99 percent chance that the computer is fried, the good news is i found one for 100 canadian, man what can you do, anyone else have this problem?? and were is the ABS computer on a 92? The comuter i am getting is outta a 93, they guy at the wreckers said they are the same. lets hope so.

92 and 93 did use the same controller, but they rarely fail. You'll find it under the carpet, to the right of the gas pedal, mounted to the firewall. Remove the hushpanel above the driver'* footwell, then pull back the carpet. You'll see it there. If memory serves, there'* a plastic pin or screw in the bottom left corner of the bracket. Just pull that, and it slides to the left, I think. I can take a pic of mine if you can't find it.
