Default 2001 Bonneville SLE Headlight Problem

So a couple days ago I notice I had a right front headlight out. I got a new bulb and replaced the old one and everything worked fine. The next night the same right headlight bulb blew out. I took the new bulb and the working old bulb and switched sides but neither bulb worked in the right side. When i went to put both bulbs back into their original sides I lost both sides. So now I didn't have any low beams, but the high beams still worked. I pulled open the engine fuse box and replaced the 2 headlight fuses that were both blown. I then tried it again and I now have no high beams or no low beams and the battery is now completely dead. Can anyone help?

check over the headlight harnesses to make sure none of the wires have been chaffed and causing the power to go directly to ground that will blow your fuses for sure

Where is that harness located? Or do you know where I can get a wiring diagram?

What about the wires going to the dimmer switch, because the wires right behind the headlights look fine.

ya they don't come on at all, not even with the car running or with just the key in it.
