Your problem could be in either the driver'* door module, or the rear integration module. Both get involved Considering the windows are also a problem (make sure the lockout button is not depressed) the DDM is the more likely culprit.

Thank you, the lockout button is not depressed, would you happen to know where I can purchase these parts, or would there be anyway that I can troubleshoot them to make sure that they are not functioning?

The only real way to trouble shoot it is with a scanner that can read those modules and codes. That generally means a trip to the dealer. Then. you could always get a used module from a junkyard.

Each door has a module in it. Check the fuses in the rear fuse module and make sure there are no blown fuses there.

The modules commuicate with each over what GM calls the Simple Bus Interface (SBI). It is a TAN/WHT (tan wire with a white stripe) wire. I suspect that this wire is no longer making connection to the main module in the drivers door. The main module in the drivers door talks to all the door modules and converts the SBI signals into class 2 data bus signals for the Rear Integration Module to light the interior lights and so on.

I would suspect a fuse has blown more than the wire coming loose but you should check both out.

RRDR MDL fuse (10Amp) for Right Rear Door Module and the Left Rear Door Module
PASS MDL fuse (10Amp) for the Passenger Door Module
DRV MDL fuse (10Amp) for the Driver Door Module
PWR WDO Circuit Breaker for all the window motors in all the doors

Let'* make sure you're hitting the button twice before we go any further. It sounds basic, but the question should be asked.
