Default Repainting Black door trim?

On my bonnievile one of the rear passenger side door the door black door trim is peeling. What is best way to fix it? What paints do I need and of course sand paper grit? How does it come off? The other question I have is the silver trim pieces that go around the car they fake chrome is coming off. How hard is to replace? It is good shape other the fake chrome paint is coming off.

They sell interior paints/vinyl paints @ auto parts stores. Try that.
