Washing Engine Bay
Well i know there has been quite a few topics and diffrent opinions on what should or shouldn't be coverd....
my plan was, not covering anything, to mist it down get a soapy rag and wash it, and mist it again and then take an air hose to it
Opinions?

i dont cover anything myself.. i just make sure to keep away from harnesses and cables with the high pressure wash. IMO nothing is going to break because it gets wet unless its already on its way out

Unless you're planning on pressure washing, everything is designed to get wet and handle some stress. Heck, most of the connections under there are so tight you need to invent tools and cuss words just to get them apart...
