thanks, damn i just took a closer look at the tire and the chrome is starting to get cancer already. so much for that idea, those rims would have looked good

Those rims aren't chrome. Just painted insets and polished/clearcoated spoke faces.
Wouldn't be so hard to fix the bubbling like with chrome.
Talk to the seller and see how negotiable they are. You might be able to make $150-200 selling them to someone in Canada with on a Grand Prix forum. Or you could possibly haul them across the border if you head 70 miles south and ship them from the P.O. in the first town south of the border if the buyer is from the US.
