Does anyone know if a '96-'99 SSEi/SSE grille will fit my '95 SSE? If not why? Isn't the hood the same for all cars up to '99?

no it wont fit

the hoods are the same, but check out the headlights, completely different shape...

why cant you change headlights also you ask?

they are also completely different and wont bolt up

i looked into doing the same thing for my 95, shucks huh

I don't see why the grill won't fit.. the bumpers won't though.. cause the placement of the fogs are different and I don't know if you have the holes in your bumpers to mount the center fogs.
