I voted no. I think a car should keep what it came from the factory with. One day, when these cars are classics, it'll be worth alot more money being original, rather than with a big hole in the roof.

Nope, all OEM and haven't had a problem. Just have a black forward/reverse button near the maplights. I'm thinking one of the drain holes might be pluged, but haven't looked into it.

Would those who installed a aftermarket moonroof (not a sunroof the manual pop up kind) tell how much they paid for it and the installaiton too. I'm trying to get a idea of how much it costs and to see if it'* worth it.

Okay, my pop said it'* like 600-700 to buy a power sunroof and another 300 or so to have it installed. I kinda think he'* blowing it out of proportion. But what do you think of manual sunroofs, NO or maybe as a cheaper alternative?

I need to know the cost, I know i asked in the last post but that was before i brought it up with my dad

And John Deer Boy, when you look at the roof, is the moonroof crooked? I know you mentioned that it was very crooked but was it shockingly obivious from the outside or just subtle if you looked hard enough?
No, i mentioned that i never noticed the roof was crooked until I had the headliner out. Afterwards I measured it from the outside and the opening is off by less than a quarter inch corner-to-corner. Not noticeable.

DJ: I have doubts as to how "OEM" your roof is. Is its motor in the front or back?

****.

I'm going to a local auto glass shop to see if he has the skill to install a power sunroof/moonroof (whatever you want to call it) on Thursday. I'm researching to see if it'* worth it, what has to be done, etc
