Default Simple body work and a paint job

Im thinking about getting a paint job soon and was going to remove the side cladding for a smoother look and since one of my doors is missing one anyways. I know there are holes where the cladding goes so will it cost me much to have these filled in and smoothed out prior to painting at the shop? I think this will look pretty good.
