My Paint Issues
I have a ton of paint chips on my car. It'* like GM decided to use 1/4 of the paint and clear coat they usually do on my car. Some are down to primer, some are down to bare metal, and now some are starting to rust . I was about to go out and buy some touch up paint from AZ but I wanted to know if there was anything better out there that prevents pitting... Any ideas? I'll take some pics if you want, but they won't be pretty...

if you have rust & put paint on top it will come out biger eventually. So the first thing you need to do is to take care of that rust.
What I did to a 95 that Im restoring was to grind the rust with a dremel, then used the chemical that eats the rust. (I used the one POR15 sells) Then some more grinding & some more chemical to be shoure. Then prime it, & & finally bondo it so that it looks smooth (I prefere fiberglass filler because it dosnt absorb moisture.)
That would be your best bet against rust.
