Default instrument panel lights

I want to know, in the 92-99 SE guage panel, where all the light bulbs are inside it. I mean, what all uses the red/amber light bulbs, if anything has LEDs in them, if different components share light bulbs (ie, speedometer and tachometer). Pictures of the guage panel dissasembled would help tremendously.

you wanted to change the color of the gauges didnt you? Harofreak tried and made some progress, but it wasnt good enough. Do a search on that with his name to find the results.

I have an idea how I might could make that work, but it wouldn't be blue like I want. I'll be off the the junkyard next time I get some free cash for a guage cluster.

Read Haro'* post...that red gel has some light dispersing properties. You'll likely end up with hot-spots by scraping it off - at least that'* what I gathered.

Edit- one guy has done the white before. Looks like he was able to minimize the hot spots by using the right kind of LEDs.
