VHT night shades
So i was looking at ebay, and i saw that they have vht night shade on there. I was wondering if one can is enough to make the pretty dark not black but dark. And if it is what kind of clear coat did you guys use to cover it.

1 can will get them pretty dark. This is 3 layers.
I don't remember what I used on my tails considering it was 4 years ago, but after some internet research, use Duplicolor Acrylic Lacquer Glossy Clearcoat.

Uber info in Techinfo for the last 5 years.
Uber posts in this section, just search here for 'tint' and 'tinting'.
I've tinted three sets for myself since writing that article, as well as sets for driverjohn2005, EK98, and Jseabert. They're all posted.

Warm sunny day, or wait.
You need direct sunlight to know when dark enough is dark enough. Paint one coat at a time on all pieces at once to keep them even.
Mask off the reverse lights. Keep them bright.
FULLY dry before clear.
