Liquid Glass - Streaking!
i used the Liquid Glass this morning and it looks good on the sides of the car BUT
i have some streaking, and when i follow the directions and buff it out with a damp cloth the shine dulls.
Anyone else have this issue? any suggestions? does it go away with a second coat?
i plan on applying a second coat tonight. i know this will be a "dumb" question but it has to be applied in the shade correct? i did it that way this morning, but in the afternoon there is not alot of shade.

I noticed kinda the same thing yesterday applying my second coat. I'll wait and see what a good sun baking does to it today, tho....
I'm pretty sure I remember WillWren saying something about the sun helping "burn it in" (or words to that effect)

Try using some quick detailer on it and use a microfibre cloth, it should take car of the streaking, if not wash the car and it should remove it, try detailer first instead of wetting the entire car

2-3 coats is ideal, and the streaking fades the second day in the sun. It needs the heat to flow and level. I've never had streaking the second day on my car, and it'* a darker color (as dark as John'*).
I suppose the streaking COULD be from residual older wax that wasn't removed. Remember that you can't do it over wax.
SSEiMatt93 is using it, and his car looked great this weekend, and 2000SilverBullet bought some down here. Cheaper in the states, and no sales tax in oregon.

Just to clarify, for me anyway, my first coat was virtually flawless. Of course, I did it in the shade. The second coat was done in the sun, and all I saw was kind of like a shadow of where I had applied it.
That stuff do make a car freakin' pretty though!! Even one as scratched and beat up as mine. And, apply a little to the glass. RainX ain't got diddly on this stuff....
