what kind off polish do you use
on my hood and on my fenders i have very lite scraches on the paint
will polidh work or do i need to repaint :?

Certified GM nut
possibly try some sort of rubbing compound.....if you're saying these are light scratches, i'd go for a fine cut compound......if you're going to use a buffer or random orbital polisher, make sure not the stay in one spot for too long, or you will basically "burn off" your clearcoat. ....
yesterday i used some 3m perfect-it II rubbing compound......seemed to work pretty slick...but i was mainly using it as a cleaner, not to repair scratches.

My car had the same thing. I would wheel the car or the parts that your not happy with than use zaino for the best shine. A bit more costly but it works.

If you have access to a random orbital buffer I would use the 1Z/Einszett line of polishes and then go with Zaino. I would also invest in some high quality microfiber towels for removing and buffing the Einszett and Zaino products. You will not be disappointed and quite possibly become addicted to detailing your car..
