Default Is this normal?

Hey guys, well I tinted my tails about a week ago and I know some of you know that it didn't come out as I thought it was suppose to. I haven't been able to work on it yet, and this week thank god I will be able. I just want to show you what I'm talking about and you tell me if its right or wrong.

You can kinda see in the picures the differece ( theres a line of the VHT and then the tail ) and then u can kinda see in the other pic how the tail is shinny then when you look at the part with VHT it isnt

Also can I get brighter bulbs for my back??

Alright, you know what kind of bulbs and the number at all??

And with the tint, the light shines through, some what lol..it can be better during the day, at night it lights up alot better. And for the tint if thats how its suppose to be ok it doesn't really bother me much, I was just going to do a little taping around the reverse and blinkers part so I can get each of the black peice in there
