Default Painting Plastic Grill?

Is it possible to chrome paint the plastic grill? I dont really want to buy a mesh trim kit if I dont have to.

chrome will unltimately look bright silver after awhile, I guess you could use some type of base coat first than apply the chrome spray to see if it differs or not.

Since my car is silver, I dont think I would mind if it faded to silver a little bit. I might have to try and see how it turns out.

Well I ended up painting the grill, dont have pictures though. It looks like BrianJ'* though. I just went to WalMart and got some plastic paint (dont remember brand.) Coated it several times and it looks nice. Better than the black hole that was there before.
