Default Paint scheme question

The GTO got "totalled" by hail so now i have all but the roof panel to replace the dented panels and got to thinking. I asked the GF and she agrees but since the GTOs have a natural body line how tacky would it look if you faded a pearl from the body line up and over the top. The other thought was to mix some of that Zr1 blue and paint the hood scoops with the zr1 and pearl. this would be finished off by the front bumper being painted at the bottom to give it the SAP appearance. This is all on a 2006 IBM m6. it would be finished off with 15% tint on all the windows and then a 50% tint on the windshield to give it the dark aggressive appearance. This will all be done with smoked fogs and head and tail lights.

The second thought is do the pearl but have a heavy silver pearl applied in racing stripe fashion but isnt overly in your face and over done like alot of cars seem to like to do.
