If you made a cut after the cat, would the gxp exhaust bolt on to a 2003 SE?

prolly, there have been many members that have upgraded from the SE to the SLE SSEI in the 2000+'*

the only thing that i can think of is you needing the Drivers side exhaust hanger

I'm not sure why this would be a benefit for you. It wont replicate the sound that comes out of the 4.6 engine. I'd recommend modifying the exhaust you already have by changing the muffler(*)...I assume the 00+ SE comes with single exhaust in and out.
