some were 2.25, and some were 2.5 in. best thing to do is simply measure it. i would guess the 2.5 in.

the tips on 92-95 SSE/SSEi are not actually tips. The exhaust "tips" that you see are bolted to the bumper. If you take off the part that is bolted to the bumper, you will see you have a small ugly bent opening shaped tip. you want to measure the center, or the outer diameter(O.D.). what you buy, should have the inner diameteter (I.D.) to match.

you can also measure the diameter by measuring the circumference and dividing by Pi (3.14). For example, take a piece of paper and wrap it around the pipe and mark the exact length. Measure that distance. Lets say you have a 7" length around the pipe. Divide that by 3.14 and you have the diameter of 2.25"
