Default My leather seats!!!

So its been a while since ive posted but i have a little problem....

My leather seats have started to kinda peel off, they seem to be doing this where the heat rises to seat itself. They look awful right now, like gray rips and its still coming off. Not sure what to do now, seems to be just the passenger side for right now, but im not letting anyone use the heated seat function unless we have to, but when we do, its on the low setting.

Anyone able to help figure out the problem and well as a solution.

Thanks...

Jay:
Have you used any Leather Conditioner at all on the seats over the years?

With heated seats you really need to use a conditioner and cleaner 3 to 4 times a year.

Also post pics and lets have a look at the damage.

Ive actually used Meguires leather conditioner about a month ago. I'll redo it again this month as well to be sure.

I'll be posting pics soon as well.
