Well, I checked with an installer today. For a sunroof bigger then factory size, with tint, but not electric but the glass can come all the way out, will be around 350$ and that includes instillation. The company that makes the sunroof gurantees satisfaction for life, and this installer gurantees no leaks or bring it back for free. 350$ is not to bad. The electic one cost 700$, but the glass goes over the roof of the car instead how stock is setup. I think I will probably go with manual, electric seems like its just asking for some problems down the road, especially with it being on the outside of the car, i dunno, just my opinion.

just make sure the installer is a good one. you may want to examine some of his recent work.

A little bit, but I dont want to pay over 500$ for a sunroof instillation. The stock ones are electric, right?

The previous owner of my car put a aftermarket sunroof in. It looks factory -- the only way you can tell its aftermarket would be the switch. I'm normally not a big fan of aftermarket sunroofs, but this one seems to be fine, no leaks at all. It has 4 drain tubes for water to escape just like the factory roof too.
