THE RED LIGHT IS ILLEGAL!!
DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! lol jk
i had a picture of someone doing it using halo rings and IMO i dont think it looked good at all due to reflectors being there, once you install projectors you can remove your reflectors then it would look nice
Led/Halo rings + reflectors=EPIC fail
just sayin...

forgot to mention reason behind what i said is:
if you install halo rings or LED rings with reflectors the second you step away from the car you wont see the circle as much unless reflectors are removed

Projectors are not necessarily a pain since plenty of people so far have managed, but the issue is that there'* also work to be done to the area behind the headlights. While 2000+ Bonneville and other car guys could easily put in some headlights that were either easy or hard to make, we 87-99 Bonneville guys also have difficulty fitting in deep headlights without cutting out metal. If you do remove some metal, for which I don't see a reason to exist, you should be all set once you get past actually making some projectors fit. That part I can't make suggestions about.

what year is your car? that might help
if its 00+ it shouldnt be too hard, headlights cant be taken apart in minutes as for the projectors, you can choose from $10.00 ebay projectors to 150 TSX projctors and higher.
keep in mind you get what you get what you pay for
