Those are "NOT" HID'*
Those are just blue 9006 bulbs that make HID "Color" light.
They will be dimmer looking on the road compared to Silver Stars or Other better bulbs.

HID bulbs are more like a hundred then add the ballasts and then its around another hundred dollars (but thats on the cheap side) Some of the blue bulbs say they are HID but they are xenon and look the same shape as the stock ones. They do give you a blue look but do not give you the HID brightness. HID bulbs are skinner...about the width of a pen and need a ballast to power them.

And for H.I.D. to work properly in your car (if you're talking about your 1990 Bonneville) you need to install projectors to reduce glare.

and if you want close to HID brightness get these.
