Streetglow transformer question (Plurr!)
Alas my transformer has died and i can't find the receipt to claim the warranty. I found a Low Glow tranny on ebay for half the price of SG. Think it will work and last?

Hey, sorry I've been pretty busy lately. I would not suggest going with low glow because they are horrible at customer service. If you want to get warranty exchange or anything, they do not answer emails or anything. I would definitely suggest getting a high quality one because buying a cheap transformer will lead to more noise and electrical interferences when using it. I know the other one is more expensive, but I would suggest it over being unhappy with a inferior product.

for $50 and free shipping you can get a real sg transformer. you have the gold kit right? if so this is only a few bucks more than the other one you were looking at, only $7.50 more
