Also...I wouldn't use intake cleaner on a plastic lens. Mortehl has glass lenses. If your name is an indication of your model..00'* have plastic lenses (right?)

Wow. This could turn out to be interesting if he follows that advice.
Hope it'* not too late to stop him. Anyone email him a warning with a link back here? Headlights are expensive to replace.

I'll assume he means inside, other wise the I think the question would be worded differently.
I would suggest taking the lense off and cleaning it with a SOFT rag and windex at most.
Then worry about prevention. which isn't hard to do.
