Default !@#$%^&(* Stupid tree.

Driving down the road and something fell out of a tree, a really, really tall tree. HARD. Put a nice deep knick in my roof. Scared the **** out of me. Whats the best way to prevent this from rusting?

You know....I don't think there were any kids around...but there was a guy and a kid riding a bike far behind me....hmm. It really didn't sound like an acorn from the acorn tree i was driving under. :?

Umm, I have touchup paint. Good idea, but umm does that require wax over it? I would think so.

I'm guessing it'* down to bare metal then? Prime and touch up. I wouldn't wax it until it'* fully cured. It'* such a small area it'* probably not a big deal. That'* the rule though.

I would have guessed acorn. I've seen them occasionally fall from our oak trees, and man do they come down with velocity!
