Has anyone used a leather repair kit?
My drivers seat has some very small cracks on the area that supports your back, right in the area where the seat buckle sits. I never noticed it until about a month ago when I was cleaning the seats, so I'm not sure if it was there before or if it'* been a recent development. Anyway, there are about 20 little cracks, about an eighth of an inch long. They look very superficial, not deep, but they show white underneath, and I'm afraid it will get worse. Has anyone used a repair kit they can recommend? I did a quick search and found www.leatherrepairkits.com. They have kits to match automotive leather for $50. And while I'm at it, is Graphite the official color, or would someone point me to where the code would be at?

I've used some Meg'* cleaner/conditioner a couple times since I bought it. I'm going to try and get into a routine and do it at least every couple of months. And it does have heated seats. Below is a picture of the seat. I'm thinking it'* the seat buckle and maybe the stitching on the belt just above the buckle that might be the culprit. The last few weeks I've been experimenting with alternate ways to get in the car so I'm not rubbing that area.

I've never used the modern leather repair kits, but I used the real old ones that had the goo and an assortment of texture sheets. They worked pretty good, and that was probably 20 years ago

The left driver'* bolster always wears out in these cars, especially the AL7'* with the motorized side bolsters.
You hit it when getting out, there'* not much of a way around it unless you weigh 100lbs, or have the seat WAY back.
