Angel LEDs
Well, I decided that the pale blue/white color of the angel eyes is maybe not what I want, and seeing how i have the extra set of LEDs now I figured maybe i'll try another color. So first thoughts are amber, or orange, something that would match with the signals. I started at Radio Shack and they didn't have any amber LEDs, or even an orange. So I started looking online and apparently theres more to an LED than I ever thought.
So here'* the question. Is there something specifically or generally to look for in an LED for what I want?

You want to get the same spec LED as you have now.
The ones in there now are most likely 5mm LEDs. The Link below has Amber and Orange LEDs
you sould be able to replace them and should work fine. the resistor that cuts down the Volts going to them should be built into the Helas back farther in the wiring.

That site is good, that should have what your looking for

yeah well, i want something to match the signal lights since I drive around with only those on most of the time anyway.
otherwise i don't think any other color would be quite right unless I have more of it on the car.

I just ordered from here.
http://www.lsdiodes.com/shop/index.p...=index&cPath=1
They sold them individually and not 12, 20, 50 or 100 a pack, and they had amber.
Can't wait to try 'em
