Green Laces?
Just thinking.
I bought a very decent set of gold laces, But I was thinking.... What about painting them Dark green? (you know the color of my car) I think it'd be a cool project. Is it a huge pain to paint them since... they're laces? do I just rattle can and clearcoar over the gold or is it more complicated than that?

Probably look similar to those early 90'* that had the matching Aerolites(is that what they call them these days?). You should try to get a few not so good ones to do a test first and see if it looks good, no sense ruining a decent set. Personally I'd save the golds and try to find some gray laces to spray.
