55hp certified. Per badge. 75hp per pair. Mike was actually on the phone with me and asked me the hp rating.

On to round two......went to AZ and got some better paint. While I was there, I scored this too:

Anyway, only the 'fan favorite' badge remains. All the rest are soaking their paint off in Castrol SuperClean. Same stuff I stripped the paint off my hood vents with:

Baking at 250 to 'relax' them, as they curl slightly from the heat of the laser:

A few new blanks to play with, not including the dozen that are soaking for another round:

I'd engrave from the back side and paint just the letters. It would be a nice desk ornament.

That badge on page 1 that most preferred is travelling across the country right now. It'* the only one of the originals that remains. Still tinkering around with metallic paints, different clearcoats, etc. The first one might not be the best, but it is the first.

Here'* the best 2 so far:

The effect is actually kinda cool. It is obviously 3D in two different senses of the term when you pick them up.

The letters on ZiLLA are raised, but the color they show is actually from the BACK of the badge. The letters are actually clear.

That silver one is really sweet, I think the gold one on your car though.
