OHH, those are WAY cool! Not sure how useful a thick piece of acrylic is....for on car use anyways. But none-the-less, that logo just keeps ending up in more and more places and it keeps getting better and better!

That sparked a thought.. I've been here almost two years..and this car has been down and in pieces longer than any other car during my two years. Meanwhile..I think I've had to leave mine home uh....once?

It would be a little easier to choose one if they were in front of me, but based on the pics I like the same one everyone else does.

Time? Took very little time. Laser engraving is quick.
Then 10 minutes in a 250 oven to 'flatten' them. They curl slightly from the heat of the laser.
Dust the back with green paint and dry for 15 minutes in a warm oven.
Dust the front with gold paint and dry for 15 minutes in a warm oven.
Wet-sand off the gold on front to expose the letters and let the green come through from the back.
Touch up the "i" with red paint. Clearcoat.
Total time invested is very little. Total time elapsed is less than 90 minutes for multiple badges.
(And I don't have all the parts for my rebuild yet. Waiting to finish tearing it down when I do).

That is the style I made more blanks of last night.
If you look carefully, you may be able to tell that some are 'positive' and some are 'negative'. In those pics above, some of the text is machined out by the laser, some of them have the material AROUND the text machined away to leave the text high.
