Is there any seat overs out there that arent ridiculously priced. like the ones im finding for 150-300 dollars. Why wouldnt they just have covers like this at the auto stores!!

What I would do is go look in Junkyards. If you find one in good shape, it'* pretty easy to take off the covers and replace them (at least with AL7s), and they usually give them away pretty cheap

as long as you keep them clean with a good leather cleaner, and a conditioner they will last, trust me

Try some Scotchguard or similar product to keep them looking good. Otherwise check out JC Whitney. They have some reasonable prices. I seem to remember the clear vinyl covers were cheap.
