Default Black rubber trim 92-95

I don't remember any of the Purple Pearl cars i've seen with black rubber trim, but I am considering switching my car from the chrome to the rubber.

I'm looking for cost, part numbers, and any opinions on this. I'm also looking at doing my wheels black or a darker grey this summer.

The chrome trim behind my rear wheels is bad as well, but so is the bumper cover. The rest of it seems new around the rest of the car.

well if you dont want to buy the black trim. you can do what i did. I used Pin striping.

I just cut the chrome off. and then applied the Black pin stripe and Poof. no more chrome and it looks good.

The part numbers are posted here for both black and chrome. 2 or 3 times by me. Try search for chrome bumper trim.

Now find where I've posted the numbers at least 2 or 3 times and compare.

i have seen it on 1 or 2 95 SE'*.....looks decent

also consider you will still have the chrome around the doors and the windshield not matching the black

Before you go spend all the money make sure you like the look. Get a roll of black electrical tape and overlay the chrome strip on the front, rear and one (or both) side of the car to get a good visual.
