Default Cleaning the strut brace bolts...

I want to clean up my strut brace bolts by removing them, wire wheeling, and painting. Can I remove this bolt/plate washer (circled in red) too? I would thnk so, but hey, ya never know! Thanks.

Not without removing the strut. And I wouldn't remove that nut until you replace the bar and the other two nuts.
